Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (including guides, stories, and creative works) are final.

• Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, you will have permanent access to it.

• Because digital products cannot be “returned,” no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Technical Issues

• If you experience problems accessing or downloading a product, you may contact Pepperoni’s Parlor for assistance.

• Support will be provided to ensure you receive the product you purchased, but this does not extend to refunds.

Unauthorized Purchases

• Purchases made fraudulently or without authorization are subject to investigation. Pepperoni’s Parlor reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of misuse.
